We are delighted to announce that CreditForce is now live & in-use at Maples Group

Over the last year we have been working on an expanding global implementation project with Maples Group. This was always going to big; it included several key project stakeholders and an end-number of users that would exceed well over one thousand across the UK, Caymen Islands and Asia—but it got bigger.

Maples Group originally engaged us to implement the CreditForce Collections module for our desktop application. The project soon expanded to include:

  1. CreditForce Webdesk, our web-based application for Partners, Secretaries and other Heads of Departments etc

  2. The Working Capital Management module with Provisioning Tool, for managing WIP and setting provisions both at a working capital and accounts receivable levels

  3. The Invoice Despatch Tracker for tracking the date an invoice is sent

  4. The GLUEON Transporter, to upload notes and queries from a spreadsheet back into CreditForce eliminating the need for copy and paste

    and

  5. The iManage Universal Interface, for the automated filing of documents from CreditForce into iManage

The Innovation Software Implementation Team, alongside Maples Group’s Collections Team, led by Project Manager, Emma Sheehan, worked hard to steer the integration with Aderant, a Practice Management System we are most familiar with. It was very much a collaborative process with both sides working tirelessly to deliver on key project milestones.

Over 52 weekly project check-ins later and we are delighted to announce that CreditForce is now live and in use.

Director of Client Services, Caroline Lyons commented: “We thoroughly enjoyed working with Global Collections Manager, Samuel Fox and Credit Control Manager, John Newcombe to integrate a system that will deliver better visibility of their Accounts Receivable and Working Capital, improve communication between Partners and the Collections Team, and positively reduce their overall debt.”

When asked why he chose CreditForce, Samuel Fox replied: “We needed a system that would support our ever-increasing volume and complexity of our clients. Allowing us to manage our workloads both effectively, utilising automation but also provide the best possible client experience around that difficult part of the deal, asking them to pay! We also found the ability to identify internal improvements offered by Credit Force as a real benefit, including the invoice despatch tracker and the high level of analytics the system can track."

CreditForce is already saving time for the Maples Group Collections Team. When asked what he likes most about using CreditForce, John Newcombe told us “The functionality of the system assists the team in managing their workload through categorisation of debt and utilisation of workflows. Having all this information at their fingertips means the team can focus more on chasing clients.”

I don't know about you, but it feels like it should be made compulsory for all future training sessions to be held in the Caymen Islands...
