HOW DO YOU HANDLE SUPPORT?
We have invested in an excellent team of in-house Support Analysts who know you by name and are trained to deal with your request quickly and efficiently. We use a platform called Freshdesk to log and monitor the progress of support items. We also hold regular User Group Meetings and provide an online User platform to house our CreditForce users’ community.
IS YOUR SOLUTION AVAILABLE ON-CLOUD OR ON-PREMISES?
Whatever your preference we can accommodate either in-cloud or an on-premises hosting. We can be available for deployment via Microsoft Azure or Amazon's platform too. It's entirely up to you.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISATIONS?
The out of the box solution is feature rich and highly functional, designed to cover all your credit management needs. Having said that the system is flexible and we do offer customisations when required particularly with our dashboard and report writing services.
For each implementation we provide on-site user training. We also train your system administration team. Our training is thorough and we compliment it with the provision of comprehensive user manuals. Users have access to Freshdesk to access supplementary manuals and FAQs. Additional refresher training can be purchased ad-hoc or incorporated into your support package.
DO YOU HOST USER
Yes we do. We host at least one regional user group meeting annually. We also have an online user's forum via Freshdesk where users can interact with each other and access documentation, manuals, supplementary manuals and much, much more.
